1. Statutory Workplace & Environmental Audits
We facilitate mandatory annual audits conducted by DOSHS-approved Advisers and Auditors. All reports are written in strict accordance with the official Code of Practice for OSH Auditing.

2. DOSHS-Prescribed Training Programs

OSH Committee Training
Required under Rule 12 of the Safety and Health Committees Rules (2004) for committees established under Section 9 of OSHA 2007.
- Duration: 30 contact hours.
- Validity: 3 years.
- Requirement: Training must occur within 6 months of the committee’s establishment.
Fire Safety Training & Drills
Conducted in accordance with Section 21 of the Fire Risk Reduction Rules (2007).
- Includes: Formation of a Workplace Fire Fighting Team and a practical fire drill.
Occupational First Aid
Equips employees with thorough knowledge of first aid techniques, including CPR, choking, basic medical conditions, bleeding, and shock management.
3. Workplace Inspection & Plant Examination
We help you manage the physical safety of your facility and machinery to prevent injuries, accidents, and legal penalties.
Pre-Inspection Readiness
Our internal inspections identify and record hazards for corrective action, preparing you for impromptu visits by DOSHS County Officers. We help you avoid:
- Improvement Notices: Orders to fix specific hazards.
- Prohibition Notices: Orders to stop dangerous operations.
Examination and Testing of Plants
To guarantee plants are in good working condition, we coordinate visits from Approved Persons to inspect:
- Boilers and Steam Receivers.
- Hoists, Lifts, and Cranes.
- Air and Refrigeration Plants.
- Cylinders for compressed/liquefied gases.
Process: The approved examiner fills the statutory forms and submits them to the DOSHS technical officer for evaluation and sealing.
4. Registration & Licensing (DOSHS)
LLM Consulting manages the complex administrative process of registering and renewing your workplace and machinery.
Workplace Registration (Forms DOSHS 21A, 21B, 23)
- Application: Client performs a self-assessment and fills out forms.
- Review: Forms are vetted by the DOSHS County Office.
- Payment: Client pays the Registration Fee and OSH Levy.
- Approval: Forms are forwarded to Nairobi HQ, signed by the Director, and the Workplace Registration Certificate is dispatched to the client.
Plant Registration (Form DOSHS 20)
Similar to workplace registration, we facilitate the registration of boilers, lifts, and pressure vessels through the technical officer at DOSHS headquarters to ensure your machinery is legally recognized.
